I had not used mascara for a few years as i found in general it irritated my contact lenses. But i was pleased with JI beyond lash mascara, it gave me the look i wanted and it was fine to wear with my contact lenses. I did not give 5 stars as i found it slightly thick and time required to ensure it does not clog but that could be down to me not being a regular mascara user…practice makes perfect…but overall i am happy with the product.

Beyond lash mascara gives a well defined glossy look. I find it takes longer and more care is needed to apply than the JI Longest Lash mascara. The Beyond Lash spooli is not tapered and seems to hold a lot more product, time is needed to separate the lashes otherwise it will appear to clog. I use the PureLash thickener and conditioner before application, but I realise the JI spooli brush would probably help with separation of lashes. Overall happy with a wide eyed look.
