Applying Environ Body Contouring Cream:

For use primarily on the jawline, upper arms, abdomen, buttocks, thighs and knees.

Gently massage into the skin morning and night and follow up with Environ Derma Lac Lotion or Body Oil or if used on the jowl area, with whatever Vitamin A Level you are on.
